What works on the Siletz?

So what do you use on the Siletz river to catch the Nook, Spinners? Bait and bobbers? corky hoglines? just want to know what gets em in the boat. never have fished there and was thinking of giveing it a run. Thanks for all replys in advance. graemlins/lurk.gif

I use Kwikfish the most then spinners & eggs. This year has been bad for everything on this river. My brother has been doing ok this week. I will be there Monday and Tuesday. Good luck Larry

Last year they were killin' 'em on bait-wrapped Kwikfish. Like Salmonslayer2 said, it's been crappy this year. Saw quite a few caught in late Aug-early Sep on plugcut herring.
