I'm heading fishing tomorrow with a 15ft smokercraft 40hp with a friend. Where is the best place to go?
I value the thoughts and ideas of fellow ifishers and would love ur input.

Which would give me the best bet for a nice bright fish? any suggestions??
I appreciate any responses...

thanks again,

I've banked four chrome bucks on the Nestucca this past week in five ALL DAY trips. You really have to work for your fish. I think any river, if you put in some serious time, will get you fish. Keep in mind, that the Nestucca right now is real slow. I can't give you any info about other rivers, as I have not fished them.

I went to Astoria yesterday, and noticed only about 30 boats working the ghost hole in Tillamook. The most concentration of boats I saw were on the Nehalem around the 101 Bridge. Also, I saw two salmon jump as I crossed the bridge in my car.

I also noticed in Seaside, a bunch of people fishing the Necanicum (did I spell it right?). Turn off 101 like you are going to the Lewis and Clarke salt works, and there were quite a few fishermen fishing the west bank throwing spinners, as well as boats out there.

I hope this helps.
