I heard the fising has been alright at the mouth of the Klickatat.
I have never been up there, and was wondering if a boat ramp was near by?
I was thinking about heading up this weekend to give it a try. If anyone has any tips on were and what to use I would appritiate it.

I've been out of town a few days hunting.
Haven't heard how the klicitat is doing but you should be able to catch a fish.
Take Exit 76 at Rowena and put in at Mayer State park. I think most people are pulling plugs. I haven't been yet but may go this weekend as well. We did okay this time last year. Good luck.

I was there the last 2 days and there were few fish to be had. Only 3 boats today.
Nice place to SNAG fish. From what goes on at the Mouth of the Klilck and the Lewis one would think snagging is legal in WA.

They snag up in the Klickitat? come on, I go up there to get away from the snagging.
A snag is a snag. Unfortunately it is done everywhere whether intentional or not... You can tell when these guys are lifting up a little too fast on their rod tips. Something needs to be done soon. Too many salmon are getting split open unnecessarily.
