THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!
WHOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

How bout this news?

Not only can I do calm fishing, like bobber, and bay fishing, BUT....

I dunno, but this seems a little miraculous to me...

My eyesight went from 20/220.... past legally blind, to 20/30 corrected AND it could get better over the next 4 to 6 weeks!

I can barely contain myself! But, I have to be careful. If the fish is over 30 lbs, I may have to hand it off if it's a screamer, and I can't lift it in the boat. I have to be careful of banging my head, so don't make me mad and have me banging my head against the computer screen, k?

I'm just so dang thrilled that I can't believe it! My vision is blurry, kind of, now... But right now I'm typing without any kind of glasses and I can read it and it is bigger than it used to be... and... and... and... it doesn't hurt, and...

My Doctor was THRILLED!
He said, "I can't tell you how pleased I am with this acuity test...." !

You guys, things are like these real bright colors, and clear, I feel like a kid in a candy store! I see dust on the television!

I gotta go now. The house is a mess and I need to get everything cleaned up to 20/30!

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE! This is better than any drug in the world!

WOW! I am so happy for you! That is really amazing!

A friend of mine has recently been helping a blind lady with her house cleaning. She couldn't see the cobwebs or the dust bunnies. So, it is funny that you mentioned house cleaning.

I think you should not over do yourself and make Bill get the cobwebs. Save yourself for the fishing!

Glad to hear you are doing so well.

congratulations jennie. it couldn't have happened to a nicer gal.

reminds me of when i first got glasses. wow! you mean, trees have leaves! not just up close but being able to see them from far away instead of just seeing a green mass blowing back and forth in the breeze.

all this and not to mention just in time for the beautiful colors of fall. like the leaves and the sky... and chrome bright chinook.

Great news Jennie- congrats. Oh and if you get a 40-50 pounder just hand it off from one hand to the other. 25 lbs in each hand should be OK - right

Drachir, OK - the good and the bad (of no glasses). The best is not having your glasses get wet and fogged up while you're boating, fishing or whatever. The really bad part is actually being able to see the alarm clock and know you've got to get up and go to wo...wo...wo... wo..work (dang I just can't seem to say that word).
I'm still to chicken and to broke to go for the Laser yet !

Super news Jen!! I remember last year when my left eye vision went from 20/800 to 20/20. And everything looks whiter! It's amazing what a plastic lens can do for your vision!

Bill H. --- Good news and bad news. The good news is that the house will be a whole lot cleaner. The bad news is that you will have to pick up your dirty socks and underwear........
