Hi everyone

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are getting lots of fresh eggs a couple times a week but believe tomorrow we will be getting our last shipment of big Chinook eggs until next year. These are a large, full-size Chinook eggs and should be the same size as you are catching out of large fall hens. We will continue to have Coho eggs over the next few weeks, but if you are looking for nice big Chinook eggs, contact us now. We still have a couple hundred pounds available out of tomorrow's shipment.

Also wanted to tell everybody to check out our article in STS this month on tidewater tactics.

Thanks,
Scott Amerman

Hello,

Are your eggs uncured and if so how much do you sell them for?

Where are you located?

thanks
Bobby

B&B,

When I say fresh eggs, I am talking about our uncured eggs. They are fresh just hours out of the fish. We are getting these eggs tomorrow off the Rogue and will be driving them back to Albany. We are stopping in Eugene and other places if we need to. Then we will be delivering them around from there. I know we will have some back down at the coast also. They are $8 a pound unless you order 50 pounds then they are $7.

We also have cured eggs and cure.
