Planned to go to St Helens area tomorrow. Just heard they put the gill nets in. Anyone know if this is so and what the result is?

Basically the nets are in below Cathlamet on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. They can fish from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on those days every week until October 31.
Way generous, I thought. Go to the website though I may remember it wrong.

According to what I read the nets are in the selected "**** -sites" already Monday thru Thursday for 34 nights. So I would avoid those areas.
I would agree Founton, way too generous. :hoboy:
I hope the prices are rotten for them this year like last. Nothing makes me happier then to hear them cry about how they can't make a living on those prices. Pray for a strike!
