I was given a little chief but not to sure on the size. I was thinking about getting a bradley smoker. Have you heard of these and what do you think of them? I know the chiefs probably have smoked more fish than anyother but that bisquet idea looks pretty slick on the Bradleys. Let me know what you all think.
thanks

I have a Bradley, the only problem I see is if theres alot of moisture the feeder can jam sometimes. Other than that they are awsome, I use it alot!

I've got a Bradley full of Chinook right now. Agree with Sturgn. They are great and he is right about the moisture. They will jam if they get wet. I just put an old umbrella over the unit and no problems. I have had several Little Chiefs and they did an excellent job, but the Bradley is hands off once you set it up. I do think the Bradley cooks a little faster and will over cook if you don't watch it. I go 6 to 7 hours and the results are excellent.

I have to agree with sturgn and wolfguts! The Bradley is the only way to go. Mine did seem to cook my smoked tuna too fast though.
