The guides forecast is reporting that sturgeon retention will not be allowed until at least November. I don't know where they are getting this information. I can't find anything on the ODFW page to back this up. I looked at the changes to the Columbia River zone and also checked the news releases and can't find anything other than it will open for retention again on October 1.
