Stoyjun Princess won second place at the state fair for her salmon cakes recipe entered in the "bullion" contest. (She should have won first but I think these contests are similar to ice skating).
Of course, her dish included her self caught chinook. I was fortunate to share the leftovers of the winning dish with Princess and her hubby last night. The meal was to die for!
