My boys and I are headed out of Westport on a tuna charter trip this Sunday, and we'll be fishing Monday and Tuesday. I was wondering if anyone has information on how far out they are now, how's the bite been, etc. Any information will be appreciated.

See the "Westport, 8/21" report under "Salty Dogs" discussion group.... Also, what charter company are you using... does anyone have reccomendation for a Westport charter operator??? I have some friends that want to go...

I go with Advantage Charters. This will be my fourth trip with them. The owner/skipper is outstanding, and has done great by us in the past. 1-800-689-5595 if interested. Not sure it's prooper to post numbers on this board. If not I apoligize and won't do it again. Let me know
