can any of you southern Oregoner's tell me if the Bear campground road ( I think that is what it is called/short-cut from Grant's pass to Agness) is open. If not is there a chance it will be open by labor day weekend? Want to chase some 1/2 lbers and chinook's for the 3 day's.
