Eagle Creek-Bonneville area

Anybody know anything about catching steelhead around Eagle Creek mouth? Seems like the dam counts are prime for it now. I just dont know where or how to catch the steelhead there. I've heard its possible to get them there, but any advice would be appreciated as I know nada.

Toss spinners, bobbersNbait, bobber & jig etc.
The creek itself is open until aug 15th in past years. Check the regs.

I fished it tue. night after work. The columbia right there is 70 degrees, the creek is about 65 degrees so the fish should be going in there to cool down, but they were not. Not a fish to be seen.

Are you sure you don't mean Tanner Creek? Eagle creek feeds into the Clakamas...or is there another Eagle Creek around here?

There is another one up off hwy 84 angle. Kind of hidden off the road usually dont see it if your not looking for it.

The columbia is still too cool for steelhead to stack in Eagle Cr. Just my 2 cents.
