? about Saturdays NF hatchery event.

I would love to go and help on the planting but my wife works and I have my kids Saturday. I guess my question is this. Are kids going to be welcome or would they be more in the way? I like for them to understand that they need to "give" as well as take but I will not go with them if it is going to be a problem or not an apropriate event for them. Can someone in the know help me out or give me a contact number?
