Hello to all...
From the small town of Woodland, Washington, Gary Loomis built his namesake company into a World Class manufacturer of fine fishing rods. A couple of years ago, he sold his company to Shimano, but he remains very active in it's management.
Gary, the man himself, will be at the Tom McCall Chapter of the Northwest Steelheaders Meeting on July 24th to talk about what the future holds for himself and G. Loomis. He is also very active in the Fish First project on the Lewis River and he will give us an update on that project as well.
(NOTE: For those of you who fish the NF Lewis, you KNOW the impact of the Fish First project.....Excellent Fishing!)
Come join us and get involved with the NW Steelheaders Now. It's not only a great group of guys but you can get involved in protecting our Fishing Rights, River Access issues and of course, Hatcheries from further reductions.
The Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 24th at the Spaghetti Factory at 11:30. Cost is $10.00 and includes lunch, gratuity and a raffle ticket. Existing Members bringing a guest will receive 5 free raffle tickets.
Please Contact Anna Miller in advance to reserve your spot at (503) 535-5819.
Thanks,
Scott Kappes
