columbia closure for july 4th

some friends of mine (non-boat owners) are telling me that they heard that the columbia was going to be shut down for all traffic for the fourth of july. i'm looking but can't find any info. has anyone heard about this?

There are always local closures near the fireworks barges for public safety. I'd be very surprised if there were something more general than that.
