I'm looking to buy a case of herring, but have no idea where to get it. Do you?

Last month we went to Seattle for a Mariner's game and on the way back stopped at Sportco in Fife. Their bait freezer was stuffed with every color vacuume packed herring I've ever seen. We bought a dozen packs of green and blue labels for $3 something a dozen. They even had black labels for Halibut. I'm sure they would sell you a case if you wanted it. Their number is 253-922-2222 off their web site. Hope this helps. Have a great day! By the way, the typical disclaimers apply.

I have a big deep chest freezer, and keep it in there..
I'll go through 3+ cases over the course of a season.. July through Oct.
Vac packed stuff is good for (I've heard 6-8 months) and I am catching chinook on last years bait still so...?? I usually try and buy a case at the end of the season.. Nov. or Dec. just to have in June and July., smae with anchovies for the Rogue springers.
This year Umpqua Bait (there in the book, Winchester Bay) is alredy putting up blues (all I uses) but they don't vac pack their bait. I bought some, it looks great, and will use that until I can get some Ballard...
Last year I used their sardines and knocked them dead!
