I know that Storm has revised its Wiggle Wart product and I have experienced a big problem since the change. The diving bill has separated from the body of the lure on two occasions while I was trying to land a few Salmon. Of course this led to a lost fish. My question is:

Have any of the Ifishers experienced the same problem, or have you heard of this happening? I really would like to know before I take the broken "bills" back to Fisherman's for a refund.

Take them back and then buy some Brad's Wigglers.

This has indeed been a problem.

They blew it when they went to the glue-in bill rather than than the molded bill.

Check out the Brad's Wiggler and decide.

I have had no problems with Brad's Wigglers. They work like the old warts before Normark purchased Storm.

It would help to know the exact Latitude and longitude of the location that they broke........

Have never bought one and after hearing this I won't.

Thanks for sharing this info......

Love those old warts

Someone told me (and I disagreed with him) that the Brad's wigglers were un-tunable. Is this true? I don't see why they would be if they are the same as the original wart.

they are not untuneable they are just a little harder then the latest of the old storm molds if you ask me but it can be done.

Ya the Brads first batch was a bit rough. The new Warts are fine fine bass but stink for anything big.Have heard that the last batch of Brads were better. The original wart was the real deal.Hope their replacement can fill storms shoes.
