I'm looking for a good spot in either T-bay or Netarts bay that can be accessed from the road to dig clams on Sunday, any help please.

If you go to Netarts you should see a ton of people clamming. Cockles, Gapers, and butters mostly. Folks will park along the road and head in to the bay. Just follow thier lead.
You can also go to Garibaldi by the Coast Guard station if T-Bay is your destination. Lots of folks there as well. Cockles and small butters mostly.
