This year we will be selling our fresh chinook salmon eggs again. We will be starting next week or the week after. The fresh eggs are the freshest eggs you can get anywere ( I guarentee these to be the best fresh eggs you have ever seen for sale or you can walk away with no obligation to buy). These eggs will be less then 12 hours out of the fish by the time you pick them up. Most often just hours out and the eggs are removed at the time of the fish's death, if not before. These eggs have not sat around and do not come from gilnets or fish markets. We are taking preorders now so get your name on the list to make sure you get them when you want.

We will be getting eggs for the next 4 months and the eggs start off with nice tight chinook eggs and will continue to get bigger all summer until the fall when they are all the size of a fall chinook skein. Our price for the next month will be $7 a pound with a value discount of $6 a pound for anyone ordering 50 pounds or more. Get your friends and put a 50 pounds order together for the discount price. (By mid-July our price will go to $8 a pound with a value discount of $7 for orders of 50 pounds or more)

We also will be continuing our sale on cured eggs for the rest of the month with our cured eggs being $10 a pound and a case(12) of quarts going for $200.

All of our contact info can be seen by clicking on Amerman Salmon eggs on the bottom of ever page.
