Preaching to the choir at ODFW budget meetings are hardly fair representations of our society as a whole. Why should the people or organizations that are looking to reduce hatchery operations in Oregon attend these meetings? I think they may have been too busy trying to influence the people that will make the decisions as to funding these programs and not playing to a sympathetic crowd.
