Is anyone out there aware of the potential effect of this proposed program (see Oregonian 20 May Page E-1 or www.oregonocean.org) (http://www.oregonocean.org)) on sport fisheries? I am concerned about the potential for shutting down sites easily and safely accessable to smaller boats. Has anyone seen a map showing the the locations that potentially could be shut down?
