I couldn't believe it!
This boat was cruising up and down the river, through the channel bar with tons of boats in it, at about 40 mph with little to no regard to the fishermen.
Nearly swamped a friend of mine's very small boat, with he and his wife in it.
Anyone else witness this?
Someone told me it was an odfw boat, but that is difficult for me to believe.
