I saw the bro Tuesday in Tillamook at the ODFW meeting, graemlins/eek13.gif Said he was working :sleep: :sleep: I need a job like that, sit in the crowd and look graemlins/stupid.gif , say nothing, take no notes, provide nothing but an aroma :sick:
And you have met both of us, it should be obvious right off he isnt smart enough to catch me graemlins/berry.gif He has been at it for 20 years, and still no success. He use to at least be able to hide behind a tree, now it had better be an old growth :wink:

If the sled they were using was an older type with center consoul (sp).. they stop me last week on the Clackamas too !!
Makes a rookie feel important when they actually get to use those handcuffs....

My guess would be that it was a routine lic check and the name came back on a warrant. happens all the time. Another one bites the dust. :cheers:

Hmmmm...Yesterday while trolling in the Milwaukie area..I observed the State Police checking anglers, both on the river bank, and in boats. They had a different sled than I've seen prior. No problems in my boat. I watched them head upriver from Milwaukie about noon or so.
Well dang if at about 6 p.m. I didn't see them flying downriver, back to the Milwaukie boatramp, with a guy "handcuffed" sitting in front of the center console.
Anybody know the story???

ok ok ok!!!! It was me. I peed in a bucket and dumped it into the Willamette. They cited me for littering.... When they ask me my name I replied "I. P. Freely". :grin: Just kidding :grin:
My first though would have been BOE in cuffs. Cited for fishing every day without catching. Come on Roy, get that second fish. You just need two more to catch up with me :rolleyes: :wink:
