Hello all I am new to the board and just wanted to introduce myself. Been reading this board for the better part of a week ever since a buddy turned me on to it. Looks like you all have a great thing going here and I am happy to join. I live in Keizer and spend most of my days fishing for salmon and steelhead and the north and south Santiam. I did fish OC twice last week and Wheatland ferry once both places were a first for me and I really enjoyed it. Trying to figure out that kind of fishing but I think I am on the right track. As I am currently laid off from work (right in time for spring Chinook broke my heart J) I have been fishing almost every day on the south Santiam. Landed a nice 18# native tonight and saw 15-20 landed all day. I also saw the guy next to me land one that went close to 30# and it was a keeper. So if you want fishing reports on the santiam give me a shout and I will do my best. Thanks again for the fine board keep it up J
