Summer Runs

Someone here on the board offered to show me some places around the Salem area to do some summer run fishing. I cannot for the life of me remember who it was that sent me the offer???? The moniker was something like deathstar or skull or something...! Any way I am tired of letting my steelie gear sit in the garage gathering dust. I had an excellent winter and now that I have been here in the Valley for 2 years it's high time to find the Summers and Springers. Any volunteers?

Well I cant remember if you are one of the ones I shared a couple spots with or not but I would be happy to let you in on what I know.

My father,Aunt and I went down to our Hike/Bike spot today and didnt even get a hit. With all the fish coming over the falls seems like we should have had some bumps or something but oh well thats fishin lol

There were 5 or so fish caught today at the Minonite <sp> hole today that I saw <can see it with Binocs from where we were> We were there with one other guy and a boat but no luck up till 2:30 when we left.

Hello M W....If you ask my wife she will tell you I am quite dedicated! However it has been for winter steelheading over on the coast. My Pickup also has plenty of miles racked up this winter going over there for the fun.
So if anyone want's to help further my craze, and show a rusty coastal guy the ropes here in the valley, it would be much appreciated. I have the rust problem under control now and it is just the moss that bothers me from time to time....or is that age???
