I really don't know, but from what I have heard, they average 17 miles a day up the Columbia. That puts them from Bouy 10 to Portland in a little over a week. Based on the amount of time sea lice can live in fresh water, and what I have seen from salmon and faster moving steelhead in the way of sea lice in this area, that sounds about right.

With the antics of the 'research' boat doing the RDF tracking of implanted fish, there ought to be some info on this.

*** clerk and STGRule what do you know? Don't they publish what they find out about fish movement?
