Great reports guys, but I really wonder about anyone that fishes on a Monday! do you realy think you could do the same on a Saturday with the rest of us poor soles that have to work for a living? You just gotta love a good fish story. Rags, let's see those pictures!

Fished the Willamette for the first time since 1985 today. Met Jennie and Bill on the river and they were kind enough to show us a couple of their go-to spots.
Went two for two on hatchery springers, a 16.5 and a 17 pounder fishing spinner/prawn rigs.
Where were we? Right behind Jennie and Bill's boat, of course.
Nice job Pat, please call 800.gotta.fish.wednesday
Whoa crabbait, nice work yesterday! You came from across the big river into my back-yard water and kicked butt. I've tried smelly-jelly in my pipe but had a hard time keeping it lit. What's your secret?
Good to meet Jen and Bill on the water. They're even nicer in person.

We did it again. Hooked 7, lost 1, released 2 with too many fins and kept 4. The biggest being #22. The days started kinda on the wrong foot but I hope David Johnson will forgive me. graemlins/stupid.gif Prawns and spinners worked for us again. Gonna do it agin tomorrow.

We were using pink prawns(bought at the fish market and dyed with Pro Glo and soaked in Ammermans egg nectar) along with a green and white spinner #5 Colorado. 5 foot leader with a 2 1/2 foot dropper. I'm not sure if this will always work or if it was just location, location, location. I'm almost afraid to go out again as I may have used up all of my luck
Hey ******, having a Willie has something to do with catching these fish too  .
