My grandpa just arrived in town and I'd like to try and get him a fish. What's my best bet tomorrow? Goble area, Mult.channel or Willamette. Thanks in advance. K16

Fished the Selwood bridge area yesterday and did not see any fish caught there. Was going to go down to Kelly point but lost the gimbal joint in my out-drive , left the river and went home to get my boat fixed. We fished for around 1 1/2 -2 hrs and got nada.

Spent all day between Meldrum bar and the falls. Saw quite a few fish caught, around 15-20 for about 80 boats. Best bite was at daylight but there were fish being caught all day. Seemed to be lots of natives, not many were beng put in the boat. Watched one guide hook and release 3, all but 3 fish I saw were on prawns, the rest were on Kwik fish. 0 for me, I'm headed downstream tommorow.

Hey Big T,
I am down stream of you about 200 - 400 yrds. Yesterday I anchored up below the top hog line. If you can call 4 boats a hog line. I run an 18ft open Alumaweld super vee, 115 merc and 7.5 honda, no paint just std decal on hull. Have my initials "SS" on the back top corner of each side. Might you have a little vermooth and an olive or two, I'm partial to a 12:1 served ice cold. Would love to join you except I dont drink when I'm captin, but could easily play "dead captain" with my crew and let one of them get some tiller time. I'll look for you next time, I fish mostly week days and usually just half days. Do you carry a cell phone ? FB

We fished off the bank yesterday from Sauvies Island. We didn't get any but we saw several fish pulled from up down the bank. Most were hatchery fish. I'll be heading back over there soon.

Garbage hole in Oregon City was putting on a long line release clinic today. The Get Bent boat bent the hooks on a Kwikfish and several others were lost in the line. One 15 pounder was reported kept. Fish pretty much being caught everywhere, but not in amazing numbers.
