Is it open on the Columbia to fish for hatchery steelhead, we have a debate graemlins/icon_argue.gif on it between friends. Can anyone help me out...the book saids its close on April 1. Its confusing  because some people are keeping them and some are releasing them. graemlins/1zhelp.gif
