If I wanted to run a 12' boat with a small engine/electric motor do you have to have your boat registered in the state of Washington?

After doing some extensive research this is what I found.
Boats using Washington waters that are not considered navigable* by the coast guard, need not be registered if: they are under 16 feet, powered by less than 10 horsepower, and other specific uses (racing skulls for example may be over 16 feet but are not required to be registered.) :grin:
