Anybody hear what percent of the hatchery springers will be finclipped this yr? I know it's supposed to be greater than last.

I've got the report from ODFW right here:
Lower Willamette-hatchery mark rate 95%, overal mark rate 86%
Clackamas-Mark rate similar to Willamette.
Columbia- 40-50%
