Is it leagal in Oregon to use teasers i.e. hookless flashers, hooches, feathers like they do for tuna and bill fish down south? I don't think it fits under chum, and you don't have to use another rod. Just a thought for someone that fishes alone.

i'm pretty sure teasers are legal. if you have downriggers, you can get away with running additional flashers on them. the classic setup for trolling for kokanee is to basically make it look like christams down there (or so i was told in a magazine once).
