We are heading to Grandmas for the day tommorrow. Might take the DB to the Siletz. Is it a pretty easy river to navigate in a DB?? Big rapids or things to look out for?? Which drift section is the best?? Shuttle service??
Any advice is much appreciated?

I'm sure you'll get better info. than I can give you but when I have asked the same queston the responses I've gotten were that the drift around town is one of the easiest. You put in at the one end of town and take out at the other. It turns out to be a nice 1/2 day drift. Am I correct ifishers? No shuttle required I heard. The put in to the take out is a little 10 minute walk. Sounds weird to me but true I'm told. Check out search under the heading Siletz. I remember it having a ton of information for you.

The town drift is a great one beginners. The take out is about a half mile below the bridge in the frog water, right now their is a tree in front of it but not a problem as you can go below it and row back up.
