Leaky Waders

Howdy all! This is my first cast on I fish dot net. I've been watching from shore for a couple of weeks now and decided it's time to join ya'll.
I mainly fish the Rogue from Foster Bar down (as well as a few of the smaller streams on the Southern Oregon Coast), bank fishing for steelies or trolling the bay for salmon. My wife and I have two boats -- both of which we rescued from the scrap heap. One is a 15' 1969 fiberglass v-hull outboard that's white with pink cadillac-style wings and a 40-horse Mariner. I had to re-wire the electric system on the boat and the trailer, give her some paint and a good long cleaning, but we were in the water last summer and pulled in enough Chinook to fill the freezer. The other is my latest project; a 1975 wooden Rogue-style driftboat that was destined for the burn pile. I'm in the long process of completely restoring her.
This is my first drift boat, I'm sure I'll be asking you others on ifishnet for advice on that over the next couple of months. I plan on having her seaworthy by the middle of this summer.
So cheers! Here's to tight lines and screaming reels!
By the way...drifted the Chetco yesterday with a couple friends. The water is really clear and starting to get kinda low. We landed three out of four, but didn't see or hear of much else caught.
