Rod, Billy, and Terry. Thanks for the tips and trip today. While the fun didn't last all day it was fun while it lasted. Just cannot believe that we had the one break off and the other three only produced the one keeper. Sure would like to have another good day like today. Maybe next time I'll drive, I need the practice before it gets corwded out there.

Oh Yeah, Bait of Legggs "

So, who was the cracker on your boat.....Ray? Broke off? Sounds like a premature hookset on a snag.

Fished yesterday with Pops and Spooled. Spooled reclaimed his glory by poping a 6 inch trout. that was just the warm up for a real hot, hot hot 7 pound hatchery buck. Chrome was the name of the game here. Nice fish Troy, you is the master of steelhead'n. Glad to see ya back in the saddle.

Just for fun Pops, Shaggy and I went back to the Clack for a late afternoon meeting. Shaggy was the man today. Rod burried over hard Pops and I reel up. Shaggy is bringing this fish in quick so I go for the net. Turns out to be a 13" trout that pulled like a 5 pound Steelhead. Little sucker was almost as fat as it was long. Poor Shaggy was a little disappointed that it was not bigger but happy to be amoung the non-skunked fishers for the weekend.

Thanks for going Saturday Troy, always great fun to fish with you.

Catch and Eat, will you ever learn? The crow feathers don't tickle on the way out and you should know that by now. We were out for about 6 hours and saw maybe six springers caught. Terry was in the boat next to us ( one of Rods friends) and had a great take down. He fought the fish for about 15 minutes and as they were trying to net it, the last run was good enough to snap the line at his knott. Next time, he will let me tie it for him. Tough loss, good time and fun being out. Don't know which one of these guys to trust when I doze  off, if you know what I mean.
