my partner signed us up on feb.1. $75 per person 3 person teams.they expect 250 boats. split into three groups. first group will launch at 42nd st and 2nd group at the one across the river. i think its called the columbia industrial park or something. then 3rd group back at 42nd st.there will be a meeting the nite before to get all the particulars.i believe that will be at the 42nd st ramp. they are going to mail a packet of info to everyone.we havent got it yet.cant be positive on all the details yet but heres the jist of it. but it will sell out fast. scott

Forgive me for not being more tuned in, but I live hours away from the Columbia and Oregon.Could I get more specific info on where to register for the derby and the area in which it encompasses??When is it , and what type of time frame are we talking about. A weekend, a day a season? What is the payout? Thanks, any info will be appreciated.Chris

the derby is on mar 2nd. a sat. the 42nd st ramp is fairly close to the I-5 freeway. and you can fish anywhere in the col. or willamette. but you must go from 42nd st ramp by boat to whereever. so time will limit how far you go. alot of people make the trip to bonniville from there.anyway you can call fishermans marine at delta park in oregon for better info. they will sell out fast so if interested dont delay. scott
