Updated (http://www.ifish.net/springer02.html).
I spoke with Jack Glass last night. He suggested we do the longest springer, to avoid weighted fish, and the problems associated with weighing fish. So, it is longest, from tip to tip.
Good luck!
Any questions?
If you would like a tackle store near you to participate, they may carry ifish hats on consignment, and I can send them a word document poster posting the rules at their store.
Please, feel free to contact me, at salmon@seasurf.net.
