We fished bobber eggs most of the day and went to green spinners as a last resort. We hooked a large fish on the last pass near the boat ramp. We fired up the main outboard to stay in touch with the fresh salt fish as it took us nearly to the jaws. After much giving and taking the fish (possible Russian strain) came to the boat. As we were about to tail the monster we realized it must be an endandgered spiecies and promply realesed the fish after a quick pickup and photo opportunity.   patience, everyones in a hurry now days ( file 49242018 in photos)

Winkie, what are you trying to tell us. Do you know what you caught and what river did you catch it in, why do you think it was an endangered species? I am curious if you can post your pic.

Note the cliches. He is just putting together a hypothetical ifish letter using the cliches you see posted here and else where.

This Thread reminds me of the episode of the Munster's when Herman was diving and a Russian fishing boat picks up Herman in there fishing nets and calls him the Missing Link. It was pretty funny back then.... Now, I'm not sure... No pic.
