Took a trip over today, hoping to hit some of the good steelies. Wrong. Saw four caught. I lost a dark fish and my son lost a bright one. Watched a guy catch his first steelhead on the handicap dock. Nice fish. Caught floating a glob of eggs. One guy caught three. One on corkie, one on jig and one on a black spinner. All pretty fish. The day was nice even if I didn't get fish. Saw elk and saw a coyote. That made it nice. Oh well there will be another day.
