Your right Roy, Im going to have the skunk this coming Saturday. Going to be shuttling vechiles for some of you. Bev and I have come into possession of two trophies: For first and second place. Each one has been engraved and will be awarded at Busters. Everyone that fishes this floatilla that caught fish will need to bring your fish to Busters for a measurement. The winners will be determined by lenght of the fish, i.e., the longest for first prize, etc. Bev will be doing the measuring as she is the fish biologist. Please have your fish measured in by 3pm at Busters, at the latest. Look for Dot and Bev in the parking lot in a pile of scales and slime. See ya there.
PS Went by Carver and the river looks great!

Fishrus, did I misread Roys posting, he said you would be fixin lunch for us. If your in the parking lot, who is doing the cooking, Catch and Eat? Burnie, that crows for you, just pure 100% beef for us fishermen,

Thanks for helping the drifters, the Clack can be unfriendly when you need a ride upriver and lunch is on. This way no one can arrive late and say they just couldn't get to their trailers fast enough. That's one way to avoid a weigh in. Show anb tell time boys.

What's the scoop on unclipped fish? Get some measurements, photos w/ the tape and they'll count? Seperate category? Out of my past 12 steelhead on the river I've gone 12-0 wild-hatchery and don't know if tomorrow will be my meat day. I'll have witnesses!!!

Birdhunter,
Im so sorry your last 12 steelhead were natives...jk....not! You know what I think, I bet you'll be the one to get only into hatch fish.
All natives should be handled as carefully as possible and returned ASAP. Pics wont cut it for the contest, sooooo, Dot said put a sign on your line that says "hatchery only"
A biggerer question is: What if no one catches ANY hatch fish
I guess the trophies will be put up till next year
:depressed:

Ok Ray That does it. How do you want your Crow-kabob? with or without the feathers? How about crow sushi? or crow stew? how about crows feet? Oh....sorry you already do have those now eh ol' boy?

Thanks Dot and Bev. Mighty nice of you to do that for the gang. Just don't worry about putting Snapshot's moniker on it? He'll probably catch that cold that BOE was talking about in the other post.

Catch and Eat, I have a secret lure and will show it off with the catch on Saturday afternoon. Has anyone flashed you legs with a strobe to light up a room. The old florescent glow in the dark typical legs.... just the though is scarey. Now there's a subject for show and tell.
Birdman, we all have to deal with the local natives but you still need proof. Showing up with all them feathers won't prove nothing but Crow seasaon is in.
Catch 22, I have a secret lure that will blow you away. It really works and it't one my neighbor carved out. I'll pictures of the natives we catch, will you have any proof or will we have to
"trust you".
Gizmo, sleep in to prevent the embarrisment, it won't be your fault you matched up with uh, uh, who?
Who said it would be a WISHING contest.
Saturday,
