Nestucca or wison on Saturday?

Hi all,
how are the coastal rivers looking for the weekend? I was thinking I would fish from the bank on the Nestucca or wilson.I'll be in Netarts. Any suggestions on which maybe better to fish ? I have some new firstcast jigs to try out :grin:

The Wilson is currently at 7.42. It dropped 1.5 feet in the past 24 hours. Unless we get some rain, it should be very fishable this weekend. If the water level is at 6.00 or less, that is where I would be.

I am with bill on that one, hit the wilson high on the wilson. There are fish down low but I would start high. Good luck.

Milepost 8. Siskeyville put-in. Bring 150 feet of rope. Float to Mills Bridge is about 3 miles, but lots of fishable water.

Oh.. My mistake.. I would imagine fish throughout the system.. All the way up to MP 18 (and beyond).

I would recommend starting at MP 18 and working west to MP 14.

I would start at mile marker 19 and work my way up to jones creek work that really good then go even higher but don't spend much time higher than jones creek if you are not hooking fish, good luck.
