I see the level for tidewater is dropping and was wondering if anybody thinks the Alsea will be fishable by fri or sat. The last time I floated the tidewater reading was about 5ft. What a neat little river. Hopefully there will be a bunch of new fish.

I live about 200 yards from the Alsea, Tidewater this AM the river looked like you could plant seed and get a crop of grass... Mud.. Extremely high water... a lot of docks are being damaged.. will need some dry weather and less wind this week we got 2.0 inches in 24 hours and wind gusts to 77 mph.... no storms here.....heading for Eagle Creek this Weekend.
