Why can't I see or change my profile. It says it has been specifically locked.

I have no idea why your profile is locked, but maybe it would be a better idea to email Jennie or one of the moderators with your question than to post it here. I'm sure they can answer your questions. :smile:

I'm just sick enough, and my throat is just sore enough, and my body just aches enough...to almost deny help to people who act like I owe them something here, but....
I'm sure that will pass!
OK, Talon, this is for you, and for anyone else with a locked profile, or denied access.
If you have an e mail addie that does not work on ifish, an old one, or out of date one, your profile may be locked until you update.
I deleted those that had no posts, since they are usually people who registered, then didn't come back.
If this is not the case, in your case, Talon, I don't know what to tell you.
I'm too tired to look into the records, so I just unlocked your profile.
Next time, it would be most appropriate to discuss these issues by email. You'll get a much better and happier response.
Getting angry gets you no where. I'm most apologetic and helpful to those who e mail me with problems. We are pretty fast in answering questions and helping people out. I think many people can testify to that.

Thank you Jennie. I was not at all mad about the issue though. I was just courious and though I would ask the question. I had emailed a response to the email going out to check addresses long ago and I had never followed up on my profile after all of them were locked while you sorted them out. It was just recently that I was told that my location was not in my profile so I was going to change that.

As far as email can I say this with out ofending any one. I hate it with a passion. Every day at work I have to sort through 75-100 business related demands with email, the last thing I wnat to do with my off time is write another email. With that said that is why I don't email everybody in this forum. I say what I want to say and let the board see it if they like and respond if necessary.
