2 open seats for the experienced Columbia & Tillamook Bay. 18' inboard jet /w heater

I have a couple open seats for Salmon fishing in Tillamook and the Columbia River. The boat is an 18' inboard jet with vinyl cover, curtain and heater. 4 Back-to-back seats, CD MP3 player.

I am a rookie salmon fisherman as I grew up catching bass and catfish in the south. So far, I think I would have had better luck bringing a salmon home if I used a gun rather than a rod. I've had pretty good luck trout fishing in the lakes and crabbing in Nehalem. I can handle a boat though.

I am from the Hillsboro area and I would go as far East as Bonneville Dam and West to Tillamook. I don't know what's north or south of here, open for other suggestions.

I am free most Wed, Thurs, Fridays. I don't smoke (tobacco) in the boat but you can smoke outside the cover if you like. Drinking is fine, I'll stick to coffee until I know the waters better. You must be tolerant of classic rock and alternative rock. Also, it would be nice if you could show me the ropes a bit when it comes to salmon and sturgeon. I have caught neither... :smirk:
