anyone think the bass might still bite with this weeks nice weather. thinking about trying one last time. any info appreciated. thanks:flowered:

I went yesterday. The water temp. was about 54. There were lots of dinks biting, but I did get a 3 pounder. There were a few other boats out and it sounded like they had similar results. Cottage Grove Pond might be a better description given the water level. I could swear some of those dinks were spots.

I caught this oversized baitfish by accident. After I got done clubbing it to death with my water bottle, I remembered how toxic CG is. The guys on the bank were happy to have it, though.

hey thanks for the info.last spring i thought i caught some spots also. going wed or thursday not sure yet. will post a report after.maybe i can get that :thisbig: one or two or three... before i call it quits till next year.
