Where to get grinder knives sharpened?

I don't know if this belongs here, but does anyone know where I can get some #12 grinder knives and plates sharpened? I have an older Hobart grinder and need all the knives and plates revived. Any help is appreciated.

Call and ask questions there. I have a feeling you will get your answers.

The knives would seem to be straight forward.

The plates would have to be milled a couple thousandths ????? I don't know.

best to call them they have disposable plates and knifes
that will last i get 6 months out of them and that in a commercial
cutting operation.
