Cheesesteak recipe???

Anybody have a good cheesesteak recipe?? I was craving a good cheesesteak for dinner this weekend. I am mostly interested in the cut of beef used as well as the preparation of the beef.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The best cheesecake recipe I have ever run across is from the Frugal Gourmet cookbook by Jeff Smith. It is excellent. I make a huckleberry or blueberry sauce to drizzle over it when served.
