I recently started vacuum sealing my left over meat. Just put a little sauce in with the meat before sealing. When your ready for the left overs take the bag out of the freezer and toss it into a pot of boiling water for about 15-20 minutes and then cut the bag open and serve. The meat comes out about as good as it went in and is nice and juicy unlike other reheating methods.

Great for quick meal, easy campground eats or even out in the boat.
