Hi all,
I will be headed to the maupin area and am still trying to land my first swung steelhead. I have had some action swinging on the Mckenzie but never on the descutes.
I fish spiners when I dont swing flies and do ok but it always seems like i catch fish in water that is not accessable with my fly rod.
If any of you would be so kind as to recomend any stretches in the maupin area that I could cover well back casting in a PM I would really appreciate it.
I have been kind of wimping out lately and switching over to spinners but I am commiting monday morning to swung flies.
