Coming out to Little Italy in a few weeks. Rented a house and going to be doing all the cooking. I need simple crab dip recipes, both hot and cold. Also where is the best place to buy fresh seafood nearby, dont mind driving a few miles.

Thanks, Mark

My FAVORITE crab dip ever:

1 ranch dip mix packet OR if you don't like ranch I have used the vegetable soup packs before and it's just as good

1 container of sour cream

1 jar or can of artichoke hearts, i like to run mine in the food processor a couple seconds

1/2 cup of mayo (u can leave this out and it's still awesome if you don't like mayo)

1 cup crab meat, I usually add extra to make it extra crabby

optional: some diced onion and/or some chopped red or green pepper whichever you prefer...I actually like to cut up jarred jalapenos for lots of extra flavor and spiceyness

You can serve that hot or cold, I like to put the finished dip in a baking dish and top it with lots of parmesan cheese then bake til its got a little brown on top :food::food:
